3. In the event of a pricing or listing error (due to technical glitch or human error), we reserve the right to cancel or modify affected orders. If your order is impacted, we will notify you and, where applicable, issue a full refund.

## 6. Orders, Cancellations & Modifications
1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
2. *Cancellation by you*: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our return/exchange process.
3. *Cancellation by us*: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Any disputes regarding chargebacks or unauthorized transactions must be raised directly with your bank or payment provider, in accordance with their own dispute resolution process.

## 8. Shipping & Delivery
1. We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines indicated at checkout or on the order confirmation. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.
2. Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided, confirmed via signature or OTP verification where applicable.
3. If you believe your order was not delivered or was delivered incorrectly, please notify our customer support within 3 days of the expected delivery date. Claims raised after this window may not be entertained.

3. Subject to the above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from these Terms.
